The people of Wyoming should not be forced to an unconstitutional search of their medical records or required to present documentation in order to freely live our lives!
We will not accept any more threats to our liberties in Wyoming. Demand the Wyoming legislature pass and Governor Gordon sign legislation to Ban Vaccine Passports in Wyoming.
A Petition to urge the Wyoming legislature to immediately enact a Vaccine Passport Ban.
| Whereas: | The U.S. Constitution protects the right of every American to move freely throughout these United States, free from a search of their medical records or any other sensitive data; and |
| Whereas: | The COVID vaccine is authorized under a temporary Emergency Use Authorization as experimental agents only; and |
| Whereas: | Emergency use products are specifically prohibited by federal law 21 U.S.C. 360bbb-3 from being mandated; and |
| Whereas: | “Vaccine passports” post substantial risks to personal privacy and equal treatment before the law for all citizens of the United States; and |
| Whereas: | All persons reserve the right, at all times, to determine what is in their own best medical interest without threat to their livelihood, schooling, or freedom of movement. |
| Therefore: | We the undersigned demand that the Wyoming legislature pass, and Governor Gordon sign into law: A ban on so-called “vaccine passports” for public accommodation, employment, housing, travel, health care, educational institutions, all forms of public transit, venue operators, and all public and private entities! |
