| Whereas: | Dettelbach openly campaigned on a total ban of househould firearms like the AR-15, the most popular rifle in America; and |
| Whereas: | Dettelbach openly endorses bringing felony charges against law-abiding owners of AR-15s, banning those with misdemeanor convictions from owning firearms, disarming gun owners under the spurious “Red Flag” doctrine, and creating a Universal Firearms Registry for future gun confiscation; |
| Therefore: | I demand you publicly OPPOSE the nomination of Steve Dettelbach as the head of Joe Biden’s ATF. |
