Big Pharma has gotten away with so much for so long.

For decades, vaccine manufacturers have enjoyed sweeping liability protections no other major industry receives.

While families are expected to bear the risks, pharmaceutical giants are shielded from meaningful accountability when something goes wrong.

That’s wrong — and it’s time for it to end.

As your constituent, I DEMAND you support and co-sponsor the End the Vaccine Carveout Act (S.3853) which will end the special protections for Big Pharma.
