The Honorable **SENATOR**
United States Senate
**ADDRESS** Office Building
Washington, DC 20510

Dear Senator **NAME**,

I am writing to you today on behalf of Campaign for Liberty supporters from all across the United States who oppose any and all attempts to exploit the Covid pandemic to diminish the civil liberties of Americans.

As you probably know, the American people face a globalist threat in the form of a treaty in development by global health bureaucrats that would empower the World Health Organization (WHO), to declare a disease emergency, potentially suspending the constitutional rights of the American people.

Those supporting the treaty freely admit it would require a global surveillance system that would require governments to “control” their dissenting citizens.

Therefore, I (and the undersigned) call upon you to oppose any effort to curtail the civil liberties in the name of fighting an implacable illness, whether by treaty or federal legislation.

Vaccine / testing “passports” undermine the most basic civil liberties of American citizens, the right to medical privacy most of all.

And yet, we see global entities calling for these new “vaccine passports” as well as federal legislation.

Therefore, I strongly encourage you to reject any legislation that would impose “passport” conditions upon the public, whether for testing or vaccines, and instead vote to preserve the constitutional freedom of speech and of bodily autonomy that the American people enjoy.

Please oppose any legislation that exploits the Covid crisis to infringe on the rights of the American people, and any treaty to similar effect.

                                        In Liberty,

                                        Ron Paul
                                        Member of Congress 1976-77, 1979-85, 1997-2013
