Whereas: For decades, Big Government bureaucrats have abused their power to “rule by decree” — bypassing Congress and shredding the U.S. Constitution; and

Whereas: The last administration alone issued nearly 3,236 new regulations adding almost 107,136 new pages of rules in 2024 alone!; and

Whereas: The REINS Act would stop out-of-control government agencies from imposing sweeping new regulations on American citizens without a Congressional vote; and

Whereas: This legislation has passed the House in recent years;
