GET A WARRANT!

President Trump,

For decades, the Spy State has abused FISA Section 702.

This program was sold to Americans as a way to monitor non-citizens overseas, but it has become a tool to conduct warrantless searches of Americans. In past years, the FBI has admitted to hundreds of thousands of improper searches.

The Spy State even illegally used it against YOU and your campaign in 2016. They accessed phone records and electronic messages of your staff — either by lying to the FISA Court or illegally searching records scooped up under Section 702. Without a warrant requirement, this very thing can and likely will be abused in the future.

Section 702 must be renewed by April 20 or it expires.

Without a warrant provision in Section 702, I urge you to reject any extension offered to you by Congress.
