| Whereas: | The state of Kansas refuses to declare gold and silver legal tender as the U.S. Constitution requires, forcing Kansans to use Federal Reserve fiat dollars created out of thin air, and |
| Whereas: | Our fiat dollar leads to excess spending and debt, inflation, corruption, and destruction of markets, as our country’s founders warned us, and |
| Whereas: | Inflation is at the highest level in 40 years and is destroying the American dream, and |
| Whereas: | The next arrow in the Federal Reserve’s quiver is the Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) and requisite Digital ID, threatening every freedom we enjoy, and |
| Whereas: | The Kansas Legal Tender Act would restore gold and silver to legal tender status as required by the U.S. Constitution, end ALL state taxes on gold and silver, protect Kansas citizens from inflationary Federal Reserve policy and the CBDC and Digital ID, and attract new investments and jobs to Kansas, among other benefits. |
| Therefore: | I demand my Kansas state legislators vote “YES” on the Kansas Legal Tender Act at every opportunity. |
