You may remember that ten years ago, I put together a special “present” for former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani.

And I don’t think I ever got a “thank you” note out of it!

My gift to Mayor Giuliani was a reading list to follow up on the historic debate exchange we’d just had a week earlier.
