| Whereas: | Recent FOIA documents show the Deep State targeting the leadership of Campaign for Liberty and other organizations who dare speak out against government spying abuses; and |
| Whereas: | The FBI and their Deep State allies have run rough-shod over Americans’ civil liberties long enough; and |
| Whereas: | It’s vital Congress demand answers with a major showdown over reauthorization of the so-called USA Freedom Act looming in March over some of the Deep States most intrusive spying powers; and |
| Whereas: | Nothing will halt our country’s slide toward authoritarianism unless the men and women we elect at the ballot box fail to hold rogue federal agencies’ accountable; and |
| Therefore: | I demand Congress launch an immediate investigation to pull back the curtain on the Deep State’s unconstitutional abuses like its surveillance operations designed to silence political opposition from organizations like Campaign for Liberty. |
