Whereas: David Chipman was an ATF agent assigned to the Branch Davidian compound in 1993 and used a false claim to excuse the raid that ended with 78 people, including 25 children being killed; and
Whereas: Chipman has spent years as an anti-gun lobbyist for two extremist gun control organizations; and
Whereas: Chipman’s confirmation would signal an all-out assault on the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding American citizens; and
