I agree! The Fourth Amendment has been completely destroyed by the intelligence agencies like the NSA, CIA, and FBI with electronic snooping.

We must end the practice of these agencies buying data from private companies without a warrant.

Whereas: Since the passage of the original Patriot Act, we’ve suffered under the near complete destruction of the Fourth Amendment; and
Whereas: The NSA, CIA, FBI, Pentagon, and even the U.S. Post Office have used every excuse in the book about unproven threats in order to obtain and track everything innocent Americans do online; and
Whereas: The Fourth Amendment Is Not for Sale Act ensures that intelligence agencies must get a court order before acquiring any American’s location data, web browsing records, and search history; and
Whereas: This bill further protects privacy by stopping law enforcement and intel agencies from buying data if it was obtained via deception, hacking, or violations of a contract, privacy policy, or terms of service.
Therefore: I urge you to cosponsor and support the bipartisan Fourth Amendment Is Not for Sale Act.
