Petition to my U.S. Senators

Whereas: FISA was created decades ago to PREVENT government spying abuses against Americans, and
Whereas: Intelligence agencies now routinely sweep up the personal data of Americans under FISA Section 702 and have been caught querying their data without any evidence of a crime, and
Whereas: Spying on American citizens without a warrant is a direct violation of the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, and
Whereas: The Fourth Amendment Restoration and Protection Act ensures that intelligence agencies must get a warrant before targeting or searching any American’s data.
Therefore: I urge you to cosponsor and VOTE YES on S. 4998, the Fourth Amendment Restoration and Protection Act.
