      The Fed's allies in Congress still have plenty of legislative tricks up their sleeve to water down or kill Audit the Fed outright. So the longer we wait, the more dangerous this fight becomes.

      That's why it's vital you and I turn up the heat on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and DEMAND the Audit the Fed Bill be brought to the floor for a full, up-or-down roll call vote.

      The fact is, with nearly 300 House and 30 Senate cosponsors, there's absolutely no reason for Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid not to bring the Audit the Fed Bill to the Floor for a full, up-or-down roll call vote.

Whereas:	Congress has the responsibility to perform a thorough public audit of the Federal Reserve, and the American people deserve to know how their tax dollars are being spent; and
Whereas:	The Federal Reserve refuses to provide full details of its meetings, its inner-workings, or even to account for $2 TRILLION in recent taxpayer-backed loans; and
Whereas:	Allowing such secrecy to continue clearly allows for the potential for abuse; and
Whereas:	The Federal Reserve System leads to constant economic crises like the current housing crisis and the resulting chaos; and
Whereas:	As leader of your legislative chamber, you have the sole authority to call for a full, roll call vote on the Audit the Fed Bill;
Therefore:	I urge you to immediately bring the Audit the Fed Bill to the House Floor for a full, up-or-down roll call vote.
